Special arrangements have been made' to enable girls not called up to obtain degrees and diplomas in less than the customary time—three years usually. graphy or social science, are to be permitted, to continue their courses for two years. Authoifties are determined not to allow universities and colleges to bccom v hideouts for slackers. ,\o girls are to be admitted to the academic course in the future 1 without giving satisfactory assurance oi diKgenco and application, . and all deferments from service are to good reports o:' conduct and progress.
