FEW FATALITIES IN DOMINION
Giving evidence at the Richmond plane crash inquiry in Wellington, the acting controller oi civil aviation, Flight-Lieutenant J* M. Buekeridge, said the total number or passengers carried since the inception of scheduled air services in New Zealand was 268,165; total passenger miles flown were 33,000,000; total casualties to passengers were three; passenger mileage per fatality was 11,000,000.
