SAVING OF SCRAP
In the Scrap. Rubber Control Xotice 1912. the term ".sera]) rubber" includes ail scrap rubber, rubber scrap, disused motor vehicle lyres and tubes, and all other articles of whatsoever nature made substantially or principally of rubber but no longer in use or reserved I'o use for a purpose for which I hey were intended. not being articles the rubber content of which is in the form of vulcanite. No person shall use any motorvehicle tyre or tube or any other article whatsoever made substantially or principally of rubber except for a purpose for which it was intended . No person shall burn or otherwise destroy or abandon any sera;) rubber..
No person sliall dispose of ;iny scrap rubber otherwise Hum by the delivery thereof to the Minister of Supply and Munitions or to some prison authorised by the Minister of Supply and Munitions to accept delivery thereof on his behalf.
