CAIRO, May 15. Far Avithin the hilly country ol northern Syria is a small party of New Zealand engineers who bathe daily in a Roman swimming pool which is filled bA r the same spring that flowed Avhen it Avas <irst built. The country is so rich in historical interest and the soldiers are so eager to learn as muck as possible, that lectures are given to various battalions by Mr A. Carlcton, an American authority on the subject.
