COMBINED CHURCH SERVICE
SUNDAY evening will see a religious experiment in the form of a combined Church service for members of all such denominations as care to attend in the King Street Hall. Here is a genuinely constructive effort to get down to essentials. The breaking down of man-made barriers between one sect and another, the getting together for the common purpose of prayer and religious study. All are invited and special attention will be given to the method of conduct of service, which will be kept strictly to the simplest lines in order not to offend the slightest susceptability of those whose ideas may have the widest divergence. Dedicated in particular to those who have not in the past made a practice of attending religious service for reasons of their own, Sunday's combined meeting is therefore something in the nature of a challenge which must be taken up by those who are honest in their contention that they desire a broader interpretation to be given to spiritual exercise..
