RUSSIAN LOANS READY FOR DAMAGED FARMS

Russian civilian refugees are returning to their devastated homes close in the wake of the advancing Red Army. Besides arms and munitions, grain fodder and livestock are being shipped westward to aid rehabilitation. Collective farms whose properties have been totally destroyed or badly damaged are to receive Government loans for the purchase of building materials, farming implements and seed grain.
