The rations for Germans and Poles arc; — GERMANS Meat—Adults . . . . 17% ozs Children .. . - 8% ozs Fats 8% ozs Butter or margarine . . . . 4% ozS Eggs 2 Sugar .. ' 17% ozs Flour 37% ozs Soup-cubes 2 POLES Meal—Adults .. •• 8% ozs Children .. 3% ozs Fats None Butter or margarine . . - - None Eggs 1 Sugar 8% ozs Flour .. - • - - - • None Soup-cubes None These rations, as far as Poles are concerned, arc not always available. Hard-working labourers only arc entitled to 4 3-(S ozs butter and 4 3-8 ozs margarine, as well as 17% ozs meat.
