EIGHT AT KOPEOPEO
WARNING TO OWNERS
Owners of clogs arc warned against the activities of a certain person or persons in the Kc<peopeo district, who are deliberately laying poison for dogs. Periodically this type of individual makes his presence felt by the cold blooded acts dictated by the mania which governs his. warped brain. Apparently he is suffering from one of these hideous fits of abnomal distortion at the present time for no less than eight dogs, all of them privately owned pets have been destroA r ed by a slow painful death following the: eating of poisoned meat. In at least one case the dog was actually fed while on the chain, indicating that the meat had been deliberately taken to it.
