NOTICE TO FISHERMEN
SUSPICIOUS OCCURRANCES MUST BE REPORTED AT ONCE Capt. H. Wheelock, Superintendent of Marine, has been notified! by his principals, that under instructions from the Naval. Secretary, masters of aill fishing boats, should they sight anything which they consider of a suspicious nature, should make a report at the earliest possible moment to the Naval Authorities. The term Naval Authorities m]ay be read to include' Naval Officers in charge of Ports, Harbourmasters, Coiast Watching Stations (Capt Wheelock), and H.M. Ships. Should a report to one of the above authorities not be possible, they should report the matter to the nearest police.
