Women Ministers
A decision to set up a special commission to consider the report on the question of the admission of women into the ordained ministry of the church was made by the Methodist conference in Wellington. Of the problems that confronted a special committee, the main ones were the typo of training to lie given deaconesses and assurance that employment would be forthcoming at the end of their training.
