NO WINTER EVENT THIS YEAR
The Executive of the Bay of Plenty Winter ShoAV Association, after full and careful consideration, has announced that it has reluctantly come to the conclusion that under present day conditions it is inadvisable to proceed with the shoAV this year. The Executive Avas loath to make this decision but in view of the war in the Pacific, petrol restrictions and prevailing conditions! it was regretted that no other course was open.
