WHEN THEY WANDER A cow wandering on the road is one thing, but a bull Is quite another and pays a .better "dividend" 1 for the State when it proceeds along, a main highway unattended. This fact was learned by Taute Edtwards at yesterday's Court sitting when prosecuted by Inspector J. H. Delves, of the Transport Department for allowing a Jersey Cross bull to wandler on the State Highway. Mr E. L. Walton, S.M., imposed a fine of £2 with costs 17s.
