PROBLEM OF EQUIPMENT DETAILS OF QUESTIONNAIRE The problem of staffing the High. School as a temporary emergency hospital, . should ever the occasion arise, is one which is being grappled with by the Medical Section of the Borough E.P.S. With a view t» compiling a list of those persons who would be willing to assist t<w ivards equipping such an institution, under such circumstances, a canvass of the Borough is; about, to be made, and the following questionnaire will be put to householders: — Could you supply in the event of need arising— 1. Bed (single) complete with mattress, 3 pillows, 3 blankets, 4 sheets, 6 pillow cases. 2. Hot water bag and cover. 3. Cutlery—2 knives, 2 forks and 3 spoons. 4. Crockery—Four plates (dining, dessert, soup), cup and saucer, 2 tumblers. '5. Kitchen chair. 6. Tray. . V. Nightdress, pyjamas (men's). 8. Towel, tea towel, serviettes. 0. Hand basin (tin or enamel). 10. Camp oven. 11. Kerosene stove. 12. Copper. 13. Locker or pedestal cupboard--14. Would you be in the positions to take care of a patient sufficiently fit for discharge from hospital, but unable to travel home. 15. Could you board a nurse.
