LOCAL AIRMAN KILLED
The latest list of air casualties includes the name of Sgt Edward 1 Bertram Hewitt, R.N.Z.A.F. of Waimana, who is cited as having been killed while on. Air operations.
A further announcement received this morning was to the effect that Gnr Keith S. Morpeth of Whakatane, was killed ifn action on December 1, in Libya.
