Mr D. W. Spence who under the County E.P.S. Organisation was Edgecumbe District Warden has resigned his position owing to illhealth.
The following liaison officers have been appointed to the Whakatane County E.P.S. organisation: Major C. R. Wilson (Home Guard, Whakatane Battalion), Major I. B. Gow (Home Guard, Rangitaiki Battalion), His Worship the Mayor (Whakatane Borough).
The following nurses have been detailed to First Aid Parts under the E.P.S. organisation according to a Hospital Board communication received at Monday's County E.P.S. meeting: Mrs Raureti, Mirs McPherson, Mrs Elvers, Mrs Sparks, Mrs Hutton, Miss McKay, Mrs Kirk, Mrs Phillips, Mrs Hawken, Mrs. Irving.. Mrs Le Lievre and Mrs Haul tain.
