Kopa Biddlc appeared at the Taneatua Courthouse on Wednesday morning be lore Messrs Moody and Armstrong, J's.F., charged with being intoxicated while in charge ol' a motor car. Constable O. S. Rice stated that the accused, who pleaded guilty, was appearing lor the second time lor such an offence. A line of £15 was imposed and the offender's driving licence cancelled for two years.
