CHRISTMAS CANTATA
KNOX PRESBYTERIAN CHOIR OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE The Knox Presbyterian Church was crowded on "Wednesday night when the choir presented a Christmas Cantata under the conducting of Mr A. Mills, L.R.S.M., who had as accompanists, Miss L,. Hobin (organ) and Mrs Mills, L.R.S.M. (pianist),. The beautiful . numbers chosen were rendered with ability and feeling equal to' that of any city cho*r and delighted the appreciative congregation. Soloists also, revealed outstanding talent and interpretation . * Following the programme the. choir was entertained to supper by the Ladies Guild and opportunity was taken to make a presentation to Mr Hill, -fvlio returned to Wellington yesterday after his sojourn In Whakatane.
