POST OFFICE SITE
PURCHASE NEARLY SETTLED At Friday's meeting of the Whakatane Harbour Board, information was received 1 that the Public Works Department would' settle the purchase of the new Post Office site very soon. Some delay had been encountered owing to lessee interest and the land was to be token under the Public Works Act.
