REPORT OF TREASURER At "a meeting of the Wliakatane Inter-zone Patriotic Committee held on Friday, the treasurer, Mr C. G. Lucas, reported as followsi— A copy of the figures forwarded to the Auckland Provincial Council for inclusion in the Council's annual report has been submitted to the Interzones. Such figures are reprinted for general information. Interzone Collections Opotiki Interzone £1875 13s; Wlia-| katane Interzone £5240 3s 3d. Total £6115 16s 3d, The following knitted articles were also received:— Opo- Whaka-i tiki tane Total Gift parcels 548 724 1272 Scarves 232 280 512 Balaclavas 170 318 488 Mittens 137 329 466 Pullovers 20 1 21 Sox 6 92 98 Gloves 30 10 Skull caps 9 9 Hussifs 138 69 207 Also Opotiki Interzone forwarded 11 cases of books and consignments on account of Lady Galway Guild were valued as follows: —• Opotiki Interzone £315 Whakatane Interzone £300 In the cash figures of £1875 13s and £4210 3s 3d is included £151 18s (kl being funds paid direct to the Provincial Council and re-allocated to the Zone.
