DUKE OF WINDSOR
SOUTH AMERICA CUP
A silver cup, bearing the Chilean coat of arms and the Prince of Wales' feathers, has been sent out by the Duke of Windsor to the Jockey Club of Chile, the Club Hipico de Santiago.
The trophy, costing 2000 dollars, has been made by London silversmiths for the winner of the Prince of Wales Classic, a race which was named after the Duke of Windsor when he visited South America. Every year sincc then a cup, either in gold or silver, has been sent out to Chile from London.
