PERSONAL
Mrs R. K. Rawson, of Remuera, is visiting Whakatane and is the guest of her sister, Mrs S. H. Tippett, Hillcrest. Mr A. D. Mollison, who for the past fifteen months was attached to the staff of the local branch of the Union Bank of Australia, left at the week-end on transfer to the Palmerston North branch., Mr H. A. Horrocks, managing director of the Whakatane Paper Mills, Ltd., is at present in Wellington where the New Zealand meet, ing of directors is to be hejd. He later is to visit Auckland and early next month leave for Sydney to attend the company's annual meeting. Mr Horrocks is to return to Whakatane late in November.
