Mrs F. Gartshore is visiting Auckland-
Dr. and Mrs G. Maaka, of Victoria Avenue, left yesterday toi visit Gisborne and Hastings.
After being a patient at the local hospital for the past eight weeks Captain II- Whitbread, A.D.C. to General Sir Guy Williams, left lasjt Wednesday for Auckland. Captain Whitbread suffered severe head injuries in a motor accident, but his condition is now quite good.
