"I Availt to assure you, and all bther men Avho are going overseas, that when the returned men come back to New Zealand they Avill receiAre every reasonable consideration from this authority," stated Mr E. Phelan, at a sitting of the No, 1 Transport Licensing Authority held at llotorua. Mr R. A. Potter, representing the carriers in the Bay of Plenty endorsed these remarks on behalf of his association and declared that eA'ery possible help Avould be to men who had served their country.
