LYCEUM CLUB
DRAMA CIRCLE
Members of the Lyceum Club spent a very pleasant evening in the club rooms on Monday. The Drama Circle presented the following two plays :
"Good Blood, Bad Blood." Cast: Pencopl Hawkins (Mrs; E. Armstrong);. Bradshore (Mrs Littlejohn); Hon. Mrs Vampley (Mirs Vercoe); Lady Rhone Gelding (Miss T'ait); Her Grace Duchess of Flummery (Mrs Runciman); His Duke of Flummery (Miss Allen). "My Hat." Cast: Mrs Hayhow (Mrs Keir); Trixie (Mrs Appleby); George (Miiss Allen); Madeline (Mrs MorLce). Two Aery enjoyable songs were rendcied by Mrs Stan Miller. Among those present were Mesdames Kcir, Morice, Appleby, Pearce, Warner, Cairns, Miller, F. W. Wilson, Thomas, Littlejohn, Armstrong, Spence, Booth, Sisam, Otley, Boon, Winstone, Eggers, Vercoe, Misses Tait, Allen, Boon, Marks.
The next social afternoon will be held on Thursday, October 30.
The evening concluded with the singing of the National Anthem.
