ADMINISTRATION OF PATRIOTIC FUNDS When addressing a meeting of the Whakatane County and! Borough Patriotic Committee on Saturday, the Auckland! Provincial secretary, Mr Usmar, stated' that some references had been made to the cost of administering the fund. lie pointed! out that this was very low indeed being 1 1-3 per cent including both the administration and the costs of raising the money.
