Cows in Good Condition. A pleasing feature about the opening of the dairying season in Whakatane district is that the majority of the coavs are in excellent condition. hay for feeding out in the cold weather. This train of fortunate circumstances is reflected in a steady increase in the cream and milk supply going to the dairy factories—a sure indication that the cattle are in good condition.
