ACCUSED OVERSEAS
CHARGE, WITHDRAWN
A charge of stealing a bay mare valued at £1 10s and a horse valued at £3 10s on or about October 7. 1940, at Waihau Bay, was brought against Hai Honana. As accused is serving overseas, Sergeant Isbister asked for leave to withdraw the charges. Leave w T as granted.
