War Prisoners to Work. Useful work will be found for prisoners of war interned in Australia. The extent to which they can be employed and the conditions which Sihoukl govern their employment are ma'tters now being investigated by army authorities. Th« Minister for the Army, Mr Spender, said that the men were being found work round their camps, doing ainy extra jobs necessary to establish the camps. There were difficulties in employing internees away from their camps, because of the need, of arranging special transport and pi'oviding heavy guards, he said. Already he had received several reijnests from local authorities which 'lesired the service of war prisoners r or road construction.
