THE RACING GAME
PUBLICITY WANTED QUESTION OF INQUIRIES "Racegoers are kept too much in the dark regarding inquiries by the. judicial committees at our different race meetings," said Mr Arthur Rose at a meeting of the Canterbury Tiotting Club. He said it would give the public a greater confidence if representatives of the Press were admitted to all inquiries. In the absence of full information there was some justification for the raeegoing public in their doubt as to whether everything was "above board." The speaker gave his personal view when he said that lie would welcome the presence of Press representatives at air inquiries.
