THE RED CROSS CONCERT

THE forthcoming Red Cross Concert to be held in the King Street Hall on the Bth and 9th of August, bids fair to surpass anything of its kind ever held in Whakatane. Local artists have been practising assiduously for the .past month and are now able to assure the public of a really first class show. Those who are unable to attend can help the cause by purchasing a ticket and thus assist to swell the funds of the organisations behind the concert—The Fighters' Mothers Campaign Committee.
