MORE QUISLING CRIMES "ENGLAND WILL GO UNDER?' It was recently reported from Norway that the Germans had decided to bring some 70 inhabitants of Lofoten before a court martial on charges of maintaining relations with Norwegians in London and assisting the British. Quisling, in a speech in v Oslo, announced that "because some people in Norway respect only force av< are obliged to use force." He declared the intention to change the Norwegians' mentality and make Norway strong and tho Norwegian nation a "Germanic our oost of the greater Germanic union.'' He declared that England was onco a Norwegian colony, but the Nor-, wcgian, William the- Conqir-ror, spoke Norwegian with a Latin ae. cent, therefore England and America to-day spoke the language with a Latin accent instead of Norwegian, but that would be altered. Eng land would go under, he said.
