Concern at the effect of the ration* ing of fertiliser on the newly-de» veloped pumice lands of the Roto* ma district was expressed by a large-ly-at tended meeting of tlie Rotorua Disitrict Council of Primary Production this week. Members considered that a system of classification of'* lands according to the need for fertiliser was essential.
