Distribution of pamphlets on many topics, of which somet will be specially written for the scheme. Establishment of libraries in major camps and provision of library facilities for all units, including th® most distant. ** Provision of cinegraphic and slide projectors to help lectures and' show documentary and educational films.. A special panel of expert lecturers and discussion group leaders. Instruction in arts and handicrafts.
