SPENT ON ROADS
PRACTICALLY TOTAL OF RATES The balance sheet of the Whakatane County reveals that practically the total revenue derived from rates was last year spent on the roads of the county. The amount obtained from the ratepayers was £15,000 and the amount spent in the manner mentioned £12,000.
