TRAWLING AT OHOPE

Sir, —I understand that the waters of Ohope Beach were protected to the extent of two miles offshore from the depredations of licensed trawlers. If I was not mistaken last week, I had the opportunity in the earty morning of watching a. wellknown trawler operating well within the two miles. By daylight, however it had made off. I wonder if this hint will serve the purpose I have in mind. Yours etc., BARNACLE BILL.
