For having travailed over 80 m.p.h in Commerce St. Henry Nolan Jeffcoat Avas fined £2 with 12s court costs added. When Wm, Alexander Shepherd was charged with failing to notify the change) of ownership of a vehicle, Mr G. Otley on defendant's behalf explained that the defendant had left his motor cycle Avith a firm for sale with a blank transfer form signed. He had thought the firm would see to the transfer Avhen the sale Avas effected. A fine of 10s Avith costs 10s was imposed. The foregoing case brought also charges against Willie Paul of using a vehicle before; a transfer had been effected, of having no Avarrant of fitness and no license.
