In the appeal of Gordon Arthur Allen a withdrawal was granted. The appeal of Owen Wilfred Moeller was dismissed, and also that of James Allen Fowell. An appeal by his mother resulted in Harry Percy Moran being transferred to the territorial service on sine die adjournment. A similar verdict was given in the; case of Peter Charles Tipper father was appellant. The appeal of Ghas Donald 0!d was adjourned sine die so long as apjjellant joined the Home Guard. The appeal by his brother for exemption for Rupert Withy Avas dismissed training to be commenced after September 1. Failure to appear was responsible for the appeal of Maurifce Urquhart being dismissed. Mr E. J. Doran appealed for his son, Thomas Arthur Doran, and the case was adjourned sine die so long as he joined the Home Guard. The tease of Wm. Bevan Avas adjourned sine die. ment Association appealed for extension of time for Thomas J, Baumann and this -was granted the date? being fixed at June 1. Allan A. Newman asked for an extension of time until August 1, to allow his time to engage a manager for his business. This was granted. The appeal for John L, Murray was withdrawn by leave.
