Troublesome Boys. At Monday's meeting of the. Borough Council a complaint was received from a resident regarding the behaviour of members of the Hoys' Band. The writer of the) letl«r stated that the noise cau.;ed by <• practices on three nights a week was bad enough, but the boys raced up and down the streets making a large amount of "row." "Get the Inspector of Nuisances on to them' was one suggestion. The (council d&clded that it be asked that tlie boys be supervised more.
