LOCAL BODY ELECTION
HOW TO VOTE When they rcceive their voting papers on Saturday in connection with the local body elections, voters will notice that there has been, a change in the method of recording votes. Instead of drawing a line through the name or names-of candidates ■ for whom they do not wish to vote, electors: will leave such names untouched, but- instead are required to put a cross in the squarq set opposite to the name oi "names of the candidate or candi« dates for whom they wish to vote.
