Sir,- —It is a great pity that .the. people here have not a better . of right. The desipicable creature who is pulling up tha plants which have, been placed ll* " front of the picture theatre advertisement in Commerce Street is duly displaying what is rampant here. Ft is hoped that the Police will be able to apprehend the offenders. II is a pity that the creatures who * are pulling the gates oft" in Commerce Street are not prosecuted , and! imprisoned. To the danger of" everybody in the blackout theso, gates are pulled off. The plants an*' flowers on the little plot are, con-v tinually being destroyed. But katane stands out for this sort »*?
