DAYLIGHT SAVING
HALF-HOUR REMAINS Daylight haying to continue throughout according to an Minister, the Rt. Hon. P. Fraser, on Friday. Mr Fraser said legislation would not be nccessary to extend the halfhour's daylight saving throughout the whole of 12' months, and the matter could be adjusted by means of a regulation.
