NATIONAL SAVINGS FLAG WHAKATANE STILL LEADS For the third consecutive term Whakatanc holds the flag for the town in the Thames Postal district to have the highest percentage of population enlisted in the National Savings Scheme. The present percentage is 14.75, this town taking the trophy with 13.2.
