ALLEGED ASSAULT
MAORI IN COURT
INCIDENT AT MATATA Alleged to have assaulted Mavy Mason, at Matata on Tluirsday evening, a Maori, Phillip Ivepa,, appeared at the local Court on Friday morning before Messrs W. Sullivan and G. R. Kent, J's.P. On the application of Sergeant M. Farrell the case was remanded for hearing on Friday next.
