The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., reports a. medium yarding of cattle at le Teko on Monday when late rates were maintained for good quality cattle but a falling off in prices for plain and unfinished cattle was.evident. A pen of well finished Jersey steers made £8 19s: a pen of light prime Hereford heifers £6 9s; heavy Friesian and Jersey cross cows £6 10s to £7 12s; medium fat Jersey cows from £5 to £6 r>s; heavy boner cows from £4 to £4 15s; lighter from £1 10s to £3 15s; potter bulls from £4 to £9 15s according to weight.
