WHAT THAMES BOY ATE DETAILS FROM THE MENU A letter received in Thames re* cently from a former Thames boy now with the forces in the Middle East gives details of the Christmas dinner which was provided for them The menu included the following items: Roast turkey, roast pork, roast and boiled potatoes,, cabbage, green peas, apple sauce, stuffing, nuts, figs, dates, plum pudding, cigarettes, beer and soft drinks. "It was almost as good as being at home," commented the writer.
