inity to participate. This year ..Here will be the usual races and novelty- events commeac-
ing at 1 p.m. on New Year's Day. A full programme has ben planned.; The'' following day, - January 2nd,, will be devpted to a sand-castle? build ing competition which in the past has produced some very, creditable results. This will commence at' p.m. and will be followed by a Bath ing Beauty Competition, oj?e,n to all young ladies on thei beach. Special prizes are offered in events.
