VISIT OF POULTRY EXPERT! A very interesting and instructive! illustrated address on the breed ing, rearing and care of poultry. Avas presented in the Borough Chambers on Wednesday evening by Mr E, C. Jarrett, poultry instructor (De partment of Agriculture) lor the Auckland Province. Mr R. b. Smith presided over a good attendance ol members of the Bay of Plenty Poultry, Pigeon and Cage-Bird Club and district fancicrs. At the conclusion of tho screening, talking pictures being the medium of instruction, Mr Jarrett answered questions. Mr Smith expressed thanks "for the speaker's attendance and very informative address.
