BACONERS TO £4/11/The Farmers' Auctioneering Co. • report having held their fortnightly sale at the above yards 011 Monday. The -offering .was the largest held this season, approximately 800 pigs being sold. 1 Competition for baconcrs and buttermilk pigs wasi keen throughout.. We quote: Heavy baconers £4 8s to £4 lis; medium £4* 2s to £4 ss; light S3 IpS to £4; heavy porkers and buttermilk pigs £3 to ,£3 10s; large stores £2 iris; slips 30s to 395; weaners 10s to 22;5; choppers to £4. Last sale of the year will he held on December 16 ~ All cheques paid before Xmas.
