A FINE DISPLAY

HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY'S SHOW

HIGH STANDARD OF EXHIBITS

Though some of the entries were affected by the hcavj r rain which fell at the week-end the standard of the exhibits at the Wliakatanc Horticultural Society's annual show was particularly high, 4hc fine display made equalling those of previous years and again rewarded the Society's enthusiasm.

Much of the credit for the successful exhibition was due to the executive, particularly the president, Mr <jr. R. Kent and the honorary secretary. Miss G, Kent, and the stewards in charge of the various sections.
