HEAVY FALL YESTERDAY

Heavy rain fell in Whaltatane ;yesterday, a fall of 1.23 inches be'ing recorded. The falls over the last few weeks have been regular and assure a continuance of growth on the farms and the gardens. The fall for the month until 9 a.m. this morning is well in,advance of previous JvTovembers, 4.59 inches having so far been registered. The -total for the year to date is 41./ iS 'inches.
